Since 2021 Fipadoc brings together the documentary film industries of the Visegrad Group countries (Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia) and connects them to the French industry and the rest of Europe.
Visegrad 2027 aims to create a meeting point for documentary film professionals coming from Visegrad, France and Europe. Taking place during the Fipadoc International Documentary Festival, the initiative extends over 8 days from January 22nd to 30th, 2026, in Biarritz, France. It offers a program designed to gather key industry professionals (producers, directors, decision makers, funders) together through targeted matchmaking activities:

The prearranged meetings are carefully designed to matchmake the right partners based on a selection of projects presented.
◤ A designated matchmaker from Visegrad will arrange all meetings and tutor participants.
◤ 2-hours long meeting sessions.
◤ 36 one-to-one meetings, 20 minutes each.
